Inquiry & Engineering Review

 

Receive customer drawings/samples, confirm material, thickness, tolerance and surface treatment, output 2D engineering drawings and process cards. (Tolerance ±0.1~0.5 mm, Material certification available)

Material Cutting / Blanking

 

Laser cutting/CNC punching/shearing, ensuring precise shape and hole position, no burrs. (Laser ±0.1 mm, High precision for complex shapes)

CNC Bending & Forming

 

CNC bending according to expanded drawings, riveting, flanging, rolling to form 3D structure. (Angle ±0.5°, Consistent bending sequence)

Welding & Straightening

 

TIG/MIG/laser welding, post-weld correction, deformation removal and weld grinding. (Strong & clean welds, No deformation)

Full Inspection & QC

 

100% inspection: dimension check (CMM/caliper), appearance, welding, coating, function test. (Inspection report available)

Cleaning & Packagingg

 

Degreasing cleaning, drying, pearl cotton/bubble bag packaging, carton/wooden box, labeling. (Dust-free, Anti-rust, Sea-worthy packing)

Surface Treatment

 

Options: Powder coating (RAL color), Liquid painting, Brushing/Polishing, Galvanization/Nickel plating, Passivation/Anodizing. (Film thickness 60–120 μm, Salt spray test available)

Precision Assembly

 

Component assembly, screwing/riveting, seal installation, function verification and adaptation. (Fit & function checked, Custom assembly available)
